Estructura social y situacion de la mujer rural: algunas proposiciones; version preliminar

Abstract

Las proposiciones sobre la estructura social y la situacion de la mujer rural tienen como referencia central los trabajos presentados al Primer Simposio Mexicano-Centroamericano de Investigacion sobre la Mujer, realizado en 1976 en Mexico. El analisis de los marcos teoricos manejados y de los principales hallazgos de las ponencias revela como areas tematicas centrales la economia campesina, la division del trabajo por sexo y el trabajo domestico, la migracion, la familia, la fecundidad y la participacion politico-civica de la mujer. Dicho analisis se complementa con los resumenes de las 54 ponencias y los principales descriptores de su contenido.
