Abstract

Postula que en la consideración de la diversidad biológica y la noción de manejo sustentable se debe tener en cuenta: la diversidad genética de los ejemplares y los ecosistemas; la diversidad de las culturas regionales y su asociación con la utilización y el mantenimiento de la diversidad biológica; y la diversidad de los productos, incluidos aquéllos que pueden obtenerse a partir de vías tecnológicas diversificadas, desde la base tradicional hasta las nuevas tecnologías.
