Los productores lecheros en el Perú

Abstract

Expone la información recogida mediante una encuesta efectuada en 1988 a 70 productores lecheros de las cuencas del Mantaro y de Cajamarca. Describe las características de los diversos factores que intervienen en el proceso productivo lechero y analiza el comportamiento de los productores según la tenencia de la tierra, propiedad de animales, producción y productividad.
