El papel del empresariado lechero en el Uruguay

Abstract

Expone la información recogida mediante una encuesta efectuada en 1988 a 70 empresarios que remiten su producto a la Cooperativa Nacional de Productores de Leche (CONAPROLE) en las regiones de San José, Florida y Soriano. Analiza las características de los empresarios entrevistados, los parámetros técnicos y de capitalización de las empresas, las diferencias regionales, la situación laboral y de gerencia, las opiniones sobre servicios recibidos y políticas.
