Abstract

Analiza el papel de los bancos comerciales extranjeros en la economía de Brasil desde 1863, poniendo especial atención a lo ocurrido en los últimos 20 años en cuanto a la legislación que ha definido el establecimiento y operaciones de las instituciones extranjeras en el sector financiero del país.
