Abstract

Contiene los principales componentes de fortalecimiento metodológico para la programación económica en la Secretaría Técnica de Planificación de Paraguay; plantea una propuesta para el seguimiento de las inversiones públicas, un esquema para la evaluación y seguimiento de los proyectos de cooperación técnica internacional, una guía para la planificación operativa, un modelo macroeconómico y un sistema de indicadores de corto plazo.
