Oferta y demanda por capacitación en gestión de recursos hídricos en Perú y Bolivia

Abstract

Con el propósito de conocer la demanda por capacitación, se efectúa en primer lugar una revisión completa de las normas jurídico-políticas y administrativas de ambos países estudiados, lo que permite identificar cuáles son los actores involucrados en el proceso de gestión de los recursos hídricos; luego, se determinan los criterios técnicos, sociales, económicos y ambientales que orientan el proceso de gestión y finalmente, se establecen los problemas técnicos y administrativos percibidos por estos actores o agentes.
