Abstract

El manual tiene por objetivo preparar a las unidades de informacion de los organismos nacionales de planificacion de la region, para participar en el Sistema INFOPLAN, a traves de la creacion de redes nacionales de informacion en planificacion (Redes NAPLAN). Contiene ocho modulos dedicados a los antecedentes que dieron origen al Sistema, su filosofia y objetivos; aspectos conceptuales de la organizacion de sistemas de informacion y de la problematica de la planificacion; tareas concretas de procesamiento de la informacion, soportes que se requieren para su registro; situacion computacional en la automatizacion de la informacion bibliografica; modalidades de los servicios.
