La incidencia de las características de los empresarios en el desarrollo de las PYMEs: el caso de la metalmecánica en el Gran Buenos Aires

Abstract

Analiza el caso de los empresarios de las PYMES metalmecánicas del Gran Buenos Aires a través de un conjunto de hipótesis de trabajo que relacionan las características sociodemográficas (edad, educación, experiencia empresarial previa, etc.) con el tipo de gestión empresarial, particularmente en los aspectos referidos a la política de inversión en tecnología, a los cambios en el proceso de trabajo y a la política laboral de la firma.
