Notas sobre la política energética brasileña en la producción de electricidad de fuente hídrica; las formas en que el sector eléctrico concibe y trata a la población; las formas en que actúan las empresas del sector y los modos de resistencia de algunas poblaciones afectadas por los grandes proyectos hidroeléctricos.
