Abstract

Entrega un aporte preliminar para contribuir a la elaboración de un estado del arte sobre el tema de la información para el desarrollo municipal, suministra elementos de juicio para abordar el problema de la subutilizacioón de las bases documentales, y propone lineamientos para una estrategia de inserción de un sistema bibliográfico/documental, en el marco mayor de un sistema institucional de información para el desarrollo municipal.
