Abstract

Identifica y analiza los factores determinantes de la evolución del déficit del sector público consolidado en Bolivia durante dos períodos: 1) 1980-1984 asociado a la etapa de crisis, 2) 1985-1987 que corresponde al de estabilización y ajuste posterior al control del proceso inflacionario. El addendum del documento presenta información detallada sobre aspectos institucionales, metodológicos y estadísticos referentes al estudio en pauta.
