Abstract

Se plantean algunas cuestiones vinculadas a la descentralizacion territorial del proceso decisorio del sector publico latinoamericano y a la coordinacion de la descentralizacion territorial con la planificacion (regional), considerada esta ultima como una forma de ordenar y guiar el proceso de descentralizacion.
