Abstract

Este trabajo forma parte del Proyecto Estrategias de Desarrollo y Politicas de Poblacion en America Latina y constituye un antecedente para el analisis del sistema politico y las politicas publicas en Chile entre 1925 y 1973. Su objetivo es sistematizar las caracteristicas y evolucion de la estructura formal del Estado chileno con enfasis en los aspectos juridico-institucionales. La caracterizacion cubre 4 dimensiones: a).los poderes del Estado estipulados en la Constitucion; b).la organizacion territorial y politico administrativa; c).la estructura y evolucion de la Administracion Publica; d).la identificacion de los organismos que han participado en la formulacion y ejecucion de los planes de desarrollo y las politicas sectoriales
