Estabilización y liberalización económica en el Cono Sur

Abstract

Evalua las experiencias recientes de estabilizacion y de liberalizacion economica en el Cono Sur. Da una descripcion detallada de la logica de las politicas neoliberales y de la forma en que se las aplico en cada uno de los tres paises. Centra la evaluacion en: a) los principales resultados en terminos de crecimiento, distribucion del ingreso, inflacion y equilibrio externo; y b) la eficiencia de las politicas basicas mismas, en especial, las relacionadas con la estabilizacion de precios, la apertura comercial y la liberalizacion financiera.
