Actores politicos y politicas de poblacion en un sistema democratico

Abstract

La investigacion abarca 3 periodos presidenciales en que, sucesivamente, todos los partidos politicos controlaron el gobierno, jugando un papel en la formulacion de las politicas publicas. En la primera etapa de la investigacion, se procedio a la localizacion, clasificacion y analisis de contenido de las publicaciones de los cientistas sociales entre 1958-72 y al analisis de documentos doctrinarios y programaticos de los partidos politicos. En la segunda, se realizaron entrevistas a cientistas sociales y a dirigentes de partidos politicos, dificultada esta parte por la situacion politica imperante en 1973, debiendo luego ser suspendida. Se presentan algunos hallazgos en relacion con los actores politicos, destacando sus implicaciones para la formulacion de politicas de poblacion.
