Abstract

Pretende presentar algunos elementos que destacan la importancia creciente del financiamiento y el seguro de credito como instrumento de la politica de promocion de exportaciones de los paises latinoamericanos. Intenta ademas, describir las caracteristicas y criterios mas importantes que se utilizan en la aplicacion de los mecanismos principales de los sistemas vigentes para finalmente indicar vias de accion para la cooperacion regional.
