Densidade de contribuição na previdência social do Brasil

Abstract

A densidade de contribuição na previdência define-se como o tempo de contribuição de uma pessoa como proporção do seu tempo total de vida laboral. Esse conceito permite avaliar se a reforma da previdência em debate no Brasil aumenta o tempo mínimo de contribuição para além da efetiva capacidade de contribuição dos assegurados. Essas estimativas são originais para o Brasil e ajudam a avaliar em que medida novas exigências de contribuições produziriam exclusão de acesso a aposentadoria. Este estudo calcula densidades de contribuição no Brasil a partir de dados administrativos de concessão do INSS/RGPS de 2014.
