Servicios de intermediación financiera medidos indirectamente (SIFMI) en el SCN 2008: grupo de trabajo en cuentas nacionales

Abstract

El grupo de trabajo en Cuentas Nacionales del tema SIFMI (GT_CN- SIFMI) fue creado con el objetivo de contribuir a la implementación en la región de las recomendaciones del Sistema de Cuentas Nacionales 2008 (SCN 2008) en dicho tema. En tal sentido, los integrantes del GT_CN-SIFMI participaron en la elaboración de un documento de trabajo que contiene antecedentes, propuestas del SCN 1993, experiencias nacionales, referencias bibliográficas, controversias, dificultades empíricas de compilación y modificaciones que introduce el SCN 2008, para cada uno de los tópicos que comprende el tema SIFMI: definición, cobertura, instrumentos financieros, tasa de referencia, casos especiales de asignación a los usuarios y medición de los valores a precios constantes.
