Políticas de desarrollo económico local en Chile: más allá del asistencialismo

Abstract

En este trabajo se analizan las políticas de desarrollo económico local propuestas por las municipalidades de Chile según una muestra de 69 Planes de Desarrollo Comunal. El ejercicio arroja un conjunto de 40 categorías de política en este ámbito, separadas en los ámbitos institucional, de desarrollo del sistema productivo comunal, de emprendimiento y apoyo a la empresa, y de empleo y capital humano.
