Recuperación fiscal de la inversión en infraestructura en la Argentina y Chile

Abstract

El presente documento constituye la segunda parte del estudio elaborado por los mismos autores, titulado “Políticas anticíclicas y propuesta para el cálculo de la recuperación fiscal de la inversión en infraestructura” publicado por la CEPAL en 2021, en el cual se introduce una metodología para evaluar en qué medida, en el corto plazo, un aumento de la inversión en infraestructura entrega mayores recursos al Estado. El presente número da continuidad a dicha investigación, aplicando la metodología en dos países, Argentina y Chile.
