Análisis comparativo de los regímenes de origen de la Alianza del Pacífico y el Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico

Abstract

En este documento se realiza un análisis comparativo de los regímenes de origen (disciplinas y normas por producto) del Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico (CPTPP) y el Protocolo Adicional al Acuerdo Marco de la Alianza del Pacífico (PAP), de manera de establecer cuál de estos dos acuerdos presenta un régimen más exigente. La metodología empleada para la comparación de las normas por producto consiste en establecer una jerarquía de niveles de exigencia entre los distintos criterios de origen, para luego contrastar las normas de cada acuerdo en función de dicha jerarquía.
