América Latina y el Caribe: series regionales y oficiales de cuentas nacionales, 1950-2002

Abstract

El Cuaderno Estadístico No. 32 contiene series de cuentas nacionales a precios constantes. En la primera parte se hace un breve resumen de lo que es el Sistema de Cuentas Nacionales a precios constantes, en cuatro capítulos: un primer capítulo general sobre el sistema; el segundo sobre "clases de números índices"; en el tercer capítulo se describen los "períodos de referencia de los índices de precios de cantidades" y el cuarto capítulo se refiere a "métodos generales de cálculo de las series de cuentas nacionales". La segunda parte contiene cuadros resúmenes de América Latina y el Caribe, con cifras expresadas en millones de dólares constantes. Aquí se presentan cuadros por sectores de actividad económica y por cada tipo de gasto que conforma el producto interno bruto a precios de mercado. Además para los países de América Latina se incluyen indicadores referentes al producto y el ingreso per cápita y de variables relacionadas. La tercera parte contiene cuadros sobre el producto interno bruto por ramas de actividad y tipo de gasto, ellos se refieren a los 33 países de América Latina y el Caribe, se presentan en moneda nacional a precios constantes y contienen las series de cuentas nacionales difundidas oficialmente por ellos.
