Adaptación al cambio climático en América Latina y el Caribe

Abstract

Los países de la región han avanzado en la incorporación de la protección ambiental en los procesos de toma de decisiones, en particular en términos de las instituciones ambientales y la legislación, pero todavía hay dificultades para incorporar eficazmente los temas ambientales en las políticas públicas pertinentes. Uno de los principales desafíos de la agenda climática en el sector agropecuario y forestal será lograr la articulación entre las políticas climáticas y las políticas de desarrollo, ordenamiento territorial y sectoriales.
