Mapa biotecnológico de la provincia de Córdoba

Abstract

El presente trabajo provee un estudio exhaustivo y una mirada integral respecto a la evolución y el actual desarrollo de la actividad biotecnológica de la provincia de Córdoba, considerando todos los actores públicos y privados que participan activamente en la actividad biotecnológica en dicha provincia. El estudio se basa en información original y actualizada obtenida a partir de relevamientos de campo realizados a empresas biotecnológicas y a científicos que lideran investigaciones en el campo de la biotecnología en la provincia de Córdoba. Ambos relevamientos permitieron obtener información cuantitativa y cualitativa a partir del cual trazar el Mapa Biotecnológico de la provincia de Córdoba. Desde la perspectiva cuantitativa, el estudio brinda órdenes de magnitud respecto a los actores, esfuerzos, resultados e impactos de la biotecnología en la provincia de Córdoba; en tanto, éste se complementa con un análisis cualitativo que permite enriquecer la base de conocimiento respecto a las razones y factores que explican el actual mapa biotecnológico en esta provincia, las capacidades tecnológicas y productivas en la materia así como los obstáculos que inhiben el mayor desarrollo de la misma.
