Abstract

El presente estudio aborda el tema de la introducción de principios de ecoeficiencia en la provisión de infraestructura en dos dimensiones: la primera de orden institucional, explorando las actuales prácticas que realiza el sector público en este ámbito y las posibles estrategias para mejorarlas; la segunda, de orden técnico, analizando las herramientas y procesos de inversión que mejor rendimiento producen al momento de la toma de decisiones sobre proyectos específicos de infraestructura
