Herausforderungen der Transformation der Arbeitswelten an die Immobilienbereitstellung

Abstract

Die Veränderung der physischen Organisation der Arbeit ist das mächtigste Instrument der Steuerung der Transformation von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Transformationsprozesse wie die digitale Transformation sind zumeist weitgehend unbemerkt auftretende, oft auch virtuelle Vorgänge, die durch die räumliche, immobilienwirtschaftliche Transformation der Arbeitswelt für die Akteure in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft erst im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „begreifbar“ werden. Der Beitrag zeigt, in welche Richtung sich die Arbeitswelten verändern und was daraus für die immobilienwirtschaftliche Transformation der Unternehmen folgen wird. Darüber hinaus klärt dieses Kapitel auch die Rolle der öffentlichen Hand als Planungs- und Genehmigungsinstanz sowie Bereitstellerin von Grundstücken in der immobilienwirtschaftlichen Transformation. Die Argumentation basiert auf zwei groß angelegten empirischen Studien.
