Abstract

Betriebliche Informationssysteme bestehen - wie alle Systeme - aus einer abgegrenzten, geordneten Menge von Elementen, zwischen denen Beziehungen existieren. Bei den Systemelementen kann es sich dabei um menschliche oder maschinelle Aufgabenträger handeln. Für betriebliche Informationssysteme2 ist es charakteristisch, daß die Beziehungen zwischen den Systemelementen im Austausch von Informationen bestehen.
