Abstract

En l’espace de quelques années, la présence en Europe centrale et orientale de banques de l’Union européenne est devenue massive. Même si elle suscite des réticences, il faut la considérer comme un agent potentiellement important du développement économique de cette région. Mais, dans des pays à peine sortis des difficultés de la transition, la réalisation de ce potentiel ne va pas de soi.
