Abstract

Ce numéro de Regards Economiques est consacré au thème de la fuite des cerveaux européenne. Qualitativement, l'UE15 est déficitaire dans ses échanges de main d'oeuvre éduquée avec le reste du monde. Ce déficit affecte les capacités d'innovation et d'adoption technologique. Il soulève des enjeux majeurs en termes de politique d'immigration et de recherche et développement.
