Les déterminants économiques de l’émergence d’une classe de rentiers

Abstract

Nous étudions un modèle à générations imbriquées dans lequel coexistent des agents altruistes et égoïstes qui sont patients ou impatients et dont l'offre de travail est endogène. Cette double hétérogénéité nous permet d'analyser les déterminants économiques qui conduisent, de manière endogène, à l'émergence dans l'économie d'une classe de rentiers. Elle nous permet aussi d'examiner l'impact de l'hypothèse d'altruisme intergénérationnel sur le produit intérieur brut de l'économie.
