Abstract

Este artículo trata de responder a las dos preguntas siguientes: (1) ¿Qué trabajadores se han beneficiado en mayor medida del aumento del empleo en los últimos cinco años? y (2) ¿cuáles son los trabajadores relativamente más afectados por las relaciones de empleo temporal? Las respuestas que se ofrecen se basan en el análisis de características personales como el sexo, la edad y el nivel educativo. Además, se tiene en cuenta si el empleo corresponde al sector privado o al sector público
