Abstract

Après un baromètre de juin qui montrait une amélioration du bien-être subjectif à l’issue du confinement, celui de septembre affiche une image plus contrastée. La plupart des métriques sont partiellement en repli, mais restent à un niveau supérieur à celui d’il y a un an. Ce repli est plus marqué pour les ménages plus aisés et les classes moyennes, tandis que le tiers inférieur des ménages en termes de revenu continuent à avoir une appréciation plus positive. Le travail demeure un lieu de satisfaction important, là aussi particulièrement pour les ménages les plus modestes, probablement plus exposés à la crainte du chômage. L’environnement immédiat perd en partie de son caractère protecteur. Reflet peut-être de l’obligation de plus en plus générale du port du masque, les hommes en particulier expriment un moindre sentiment de sécurité dans leur quartier que dans les enquêtes précédentes.
