Abstract

Cette note résume les principales conclusions du document de travail d'A. Lepinteur, "The shorter workweek and worker wellbeing: Evidence from Portugal and France". En comparant les évualation de satisfaction au travail en France et au Portugal avant et après des lois de réduction du temps de travail, A. Lepinteur met en évidence une amélioration de cette satisfaction, avec des effest différenciés selon le genre, le secteur d'activité et le pays.
