El Direccionamiento Estratégico, Sobre La Mirada De Un Océano Rojo Agresivo

Abstract

La mirada del direccionamiento estratégico como un foco de construcción de habilidades para catapultar y mejorar las condiciones de una organización, funciona de manera adecuada para la mayoría de las empresas, ya que, por medio de estrategias basadas en tácticas fuertes, se logran cumplir los objetivos en el mundo empresarial en esta segunda década de los 2000. Sin embargo, hay que entender que la competitividad que se ha dado por medio del imperante neoliberalismo económico, ha demostrado que las capacidades de direccionamiento tienden a ser más agresivas. Aquí se analiza cómo se dan los direccionamientos estratégicos en los océanos rojos, dando una mirada superflua del contexto en general en empresas como Facebook y Google.
