Entes de fiscalización y control societario en el contexto latinoamericano

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo comparar las funciones que cumple el ente de fiscalización en el entorno comercial y contable en países latinoamericanos que utilizan esta figura para ejercer controles en aras de blindar las organizaciones empresariales de posibles amenazas relacionadas con sus actividades comerciales. Las prácticas comerciales en Latinoamérica derivan en una serie de controles impuestos por los gobiernos que buscan minimizar básicamente, la evasión y elusión de impuestos entre otras muchas funciones relacionadas con los activos y con toda la estructura financiera empresarial. Los entes fiscalizadores están llamados a cumplir esas tareas con responsabilidades, mayores o menores, según el escenario geográfico en el que desempene sus labores de auditoría o control.
