Abstract

El presente artículo pretende mostrar los componentes éticos, de Responsabilidad Social y Desarrollo Sostenible de la empresa Ecopetrol S.A. De tal manera, la expansión mundial de las empresas debido a la globalización y la internacionalización les ha mostrado el camino para lograr un posicionamiento en los diferentes mercados mundiales, lo que les permite generar valor y riqueza, pero también deben cumplir con la Responsabilidad Social y propender con el desarrollo sostenible, todo basado en un marco ético. Esto lleva a las empresas a generar confianza entre socios, proveedores y colaboradores, basados en la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), en un marco ambiental y económico.
