Abstract

Este documento examina el resultado de una revisión de la eficacia de decisiones de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, la Contraloría General de la República y la Fiscalía General de la Nación de Colombia en materia de corrupción, a partir de las sentencias de control jurisdiccional de tales decisiones emitidas por el Consejo de Estado para las dos primeras instituciones y de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para la tercera entre el 2010 y el 2021
