¿Son efectivos los mensajes de texto para impulsar el regreso a los jardines infantiles? Resultados de una campaña de mensajería móvil dirigido a cuidadores de la primera infancia en Colombia

Abstract

Este documento resume el diseño y los resultados de una campaña de mensajería liderada por la Dirección de Primera Infancia del ICBF, en conjunto con la Escuela de Gobierno Alberto Lleras Camargo de la Universidad de los Andes, para lograr fortalecer la confianza de las familias en el regreso a la presencialidad de la primera infancia a los servicios de educación inicial del ICBF. La iniciativa contribuye de dos maneras a la literatura y al diseño de políticas públicas: i) analiza el uso y efectividad de los mensajes de texto como “empujones” para fomentar la confianza de las madres, padres o cuidadores en el regreso seguro a la atención presencial a los servicios de educación inicial; y ii) compara la efectividad de los dos enfoques de las ciencias del comportamiento (normas sociales y aversión al riesgo) que se utilizaron para construir los mensajes de texto enviados a las familias de los servicios.
