Abstract

La Encuesta Longitudinal Colombiana de la Universidad de los Andes (ELCA) es la primera encuesta de estas características que se realiza en el país y que tiene a la fecha tres (3) rondas. Esta fuente de información es muy valiosa para Colombia en el marco de la implementación del Acuerdo de Paz, porque se cuenta con un panel de hogares desde el ano 2010, durante el conflicto, en el 2013 durante las conversaciones de paz y 2016 firmado el acuerdo. La ronda de 2019 permitirá como ningún otro instrumento de medición en el país, evaluar los cambios en la calidad de vida de los hogares asociados a las políticas públicas derivadas del Acuerdo.
