La relación Estado - sociedad civil: el caso de Medellín

Abstract

“Todas las interpretaciones sobre la crisis de Medellín coinciden en senalar entre otras causas el escaso reconocimiento de las instituciones gubernamentales por parte de los ciudadanos, y las fracturas y desarticulaciones de nuestra sociedad civil. El propósito de este documento es el de revisar algunos hitos históricos que nos permitan dilucidar un poco el proceso de desarticulación de esa sociedad civil en la ciudad, para luego retomar esa historia y proponerla, no como copia nostálgica sino como posibilidad de abrir el entendimiento hacia propuestas y acciones concretas de construcción de ciudadanía, coherentes con el transcurrir sociocultural de Medellín.”
