Sobre el gobierno corporativo de los organismos multilaterales de crédito

Abstract

El trabajo presenta una discusión acerca de la correspondencia entre las formas organizacionales de diversas instituciones multilaterales de crédito y las características de sus funciones y objetivos. Discusión que se ilustra con el caso del Fondo Latinoamericano de Reservas. El documento sugiere un enfoque de desarrollo prudente de expansión, que alinee los objetivos de la institución con una evolución adecuada y consensuada de sus capacidades actuales, manteniendo las ventajas que otorga el actual gobierno corporativo.
