Abstract

Este es material de curso del libro Decisiones Empresariales bajo Riesgo e Incertidumbre. El nivel del libro es basico. Se usan muy pocas matematicas y puede ser usado por gerentes. En este capitulo tres se estudian los diferentes metodos para la toma de decisiones financieras. Esto incluye el valor presente neto, la tasa interna de retorno, y la razon beneficio-costo. Se estudian los supuestos implicitos de cada uno de los metodos, sus limitaciones y ventajas. La seleccion de proyectos con racionamiento de capital se incluye en este capitulo. Como complemento, se estudian otros metodos que no tienen en cuenta el valor del dinero en el tiempo.
