La restricción externa y el sector agroexportador en la Argentina en las primeras dos décadas del siglo XXI

Abstract

La centralidad del sector agropecuario en la generación de divisas en Argentina ha transformado a las políticas públicas sectoriales en una de las claves para la comprensión de la evolución del desempeno económico. Este artículo analiza el recorrido del sector agroexportador bajo las transformaciones recientes en las políticas económicas en el siglo XXI. Para ello se presenta un breve repaso de la historia y transformaciones recientes en el desarrollo agropecuario y se pasa revista de las principales políticas sectoriales llevadas a cabo por los gobiernos bajo examen, para lo cual se investigan aspectos normativos, resultados productivos, efectos fiscales y sobre la balanza de pagos, concentración de la propiedad y la inserción de estas fracciones de clase en el bloque en el poder.
