Abstract

La visión integral de un sistema económico que incluye el manejo de los recursos naturales Y el proceso de devolución de residuos a la naturaleza es reciente y ello como consecuencia de que la disponibilidad de ellos se ha convertido cada vez en más escasas. Es necesaria la asociación entre economía y disciplinas afines al estudio de los ecosistemas. Y los recursos naturales para proponer acciones y políticas que deriven en crecimiento económico con bienestar social y sostenibilidad de dichos recursos. En particular Colombia que tiene un enorme potencial para utilizarlos en vez de simplemente extraerlos o explotarlos sin generar alto valor agregado.
