Abstract

La evaluación de revistas científicas a través Índice Bibliográfico Nacional Publindex ha sido producto de un proceso de mejoramiento progresivo, con la intención de consolidar la calidad de las publicaciones seriadas científicas nacionales. Sin embargo, este proceso se ha visto acompanado de múltiples inconsistencias entre las clasificaciones nacionales y los diversos indicadores internacionales de bases de datos bibliográficos.
