Abstract

Cartagena tiene una posición. geográfica realmente privilegiada, con suficientes recursos naturales Y talento humano para dinamizar procesos que conlleven a un mayor y mejor aprovechamiento de oportunidades de negocios, creación de nuevas empresas Y por lo tanto generación de mas ingresos Y empleos productivos.
