Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la transferencia de conocimiento para la producción de los componentes estructurales de dos modelos de avión: el Q 400 y el Global Express, en la empresa Bombardier Aeroespace, Querétaro. El interés en esta investigación es analizar y describir la transferencia de conocimiento para la producción de los componentes estructurales de dos modelos de avión, en virtud de que se obtuvieron resultados distintos a nivel de productividad por factores exógenos y endógenos que influyeron en la transferencia de conocimiento. La literatura que permite dar el sustento para el desarrollo y cumplimiento del objetivo de la presente investigación son: el aprendizaje y la transferencia de conocimiento.
