Abstract

El informe presenta los resultados de la encuesta que se aplicó a 579 empresas liquidadas en Bogotá entre el 2004 y el 2008, con énfasis en tres (3) aspectos: factores que inciden en la liquidación de las empresas, necesidades de apoyo empresarial y acciones públicas y privadas para reducir la liquidación de las empresas en la ciudad. Así mismo, el informe sobre las Causas de la Liquidación de Empresas en Bogotá aporta valiosa información sobre: el perfil de las empresas que se liquidan en Bogotá según la actividad económica, naturaleza jurídica, tamano, edad, recurso humano, educación y experiencia del empresario; los problemas que pueden llevar al cierre de la empresa, incluidos los aspectos administrativos, financieros y de mercado; las dificultades que encuentran los empresarios para liquidar la empresa y sus recomendaciones para evitar el cierre y /o facilitar el proceso de liquidación.
