Instructivo para la incorporación de la evaluación económica en guías de práctica clínica

Abstract

El presente documento muestra los principales aspectos metodológicos a tener en cuenta para incorporar la evaluación económica en una guía de práctica clínica en países en desarrollo. El documento está dirigido a los usuarios de las evaluaciones económicas en salud para ampliar el conocimiento sobre en qué consisten dichas evaluaciones, precisar sus alcances y límites y,facilitar la interacción entre clínicos y evaluadores económicos. Se basa en la experiencia colombiana en la realización evaluaciones económicas en guías de práctica clínica y deja explícitos los problemas encontrados en países en desarrollo.
